My 2021 Equinox needed Coil springs replaced and an inspection. The coil springs were covered by the extended warranty. (Yay!) I dropped the vehicle off early morning and it was done by 10:00 am. Thank you!

The service department point of contact was not very good at keeping me informed of the progress of the work, also I dropped the car off the night before when I called the next day I was told it be after 1 pm . If that was the case I would have brought it up at 1 pm , I could have used the car that morning

Speedy service, great people to do business with

Purchased new vehicle from Jack McNerney yesterday 9/18/25. All facets of the transaction was agreeable and pleasant. Only one snag … I am currently awaiting receipt of copy of my new auto insurance card. During deal processing, Dealership attempted receipt of same from my insurance company, however their Immediate receipt of such was unsuccessful. Dealership stated they will forward my new car insurance car to me via email soon. I am anxiously awaiting their success.

There was a delay in getting the part needed for my '22 Equinox but after it came in the service was very good

I was notified that a part to repair the molding on my vehicle had arrived at the dealership in mid-August. I knew I needed a state vehicle inspection in Sept., so I asked to put off the repair for a few weeks. Another repair problem cropped up in the time before my appointment. I thought I had perfectly timed all the work for the same day, but it turned out the part sent to repair the moldering was defective. This was not the dealership's error, and the inspection and other repairs were made, however, I have to reschedule to have the molding work done, which was disappointing..

After the wrong part to repair the molding on the passenger side door was sent in September, the correct part arrived 3 weeks later and installed, at a cost of just over $200.

Parts arrived, they called and set up an appointment to fit my work schedule. Dropped the truck off and they finished it up in one day. Another great experience with the dealership. Thanks again to all!

Michelle Ryan was our Sales Rep. We found her courteous, kind and very knowledgeable about the SUV we were interested in. We purchased the SUV and Michelle had all the paperwork ready to complete the purchase. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase!

The experience at the dealership is always excellent. This service was related to transmission failure and was under warrantee. My truck was brought into the dealership on November 23, 2025 and apparently there were several transmissions requiring rebuilding before mine could be done. One issue with the transmissions servicing was the availability of parts as well as the number of transmissions requiring servicing. When the parts became available the rebuild was completed in a timely manner, as usual with Jack McNerney's Chevrolet. I was able to pick up my truck on January 22, 2026 and have been very satisfied with how the truck is running. I have been a faithful Chevy truck purchaser from Jack McNerney's Chevrolet with buying 10 or so over the last 2 decades. I have always received excellent service during our relationship.

No loaner available repairs were more than a week

I'm a little worried. I brought my new 2025 Traverse in twice. Once immediately after I bought it. We bought the car to drive the family to Florida a couple of times a year. Once on the road for about 15 hours (over 2 days) the car starts to vibrate and make a loud noise like it lost it's muffler. This does not go away until the car is parked and sits for a while. We're being told there is nothing wrong with the car. They're saying it's was the car carrier. We removed the car carrier and took the same trip the next year. Same result, after driving about 15 hours the car vibrates and sounds like the muffler fell off the car. Once the car sits for a while the issue goes away. They're stating again nothing wrong with the car. They now have removed the roof racks. I understand this only happens when the car is driven for many hours but we need to find out what's going on. It doesn't seem like roof racks would be the issue. If so this would not take 15 hours to start vibrating. Frustrating. I'm going to have to bring it someplace else.

HAD INSPECTION DONE AND TOLD SERVICE REP HAVING TROUBLE WITH ALARM GOING OFF WHEN ENTERING THE VAN EVEN WHEN IT WAS UNLOCKED THEY CHECKED AND FOUND THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR LOCK SWITCH, PART ORDERED WAITING TO GET IT INSTALLED WHEN IT ARRIVES.

The service dept was excellent...

Original visit I waited 3hrs for a sensor to be replaced. Upon receiving paperwork by the desk girl, nobody explained anything to me. After turning on my truck in the bay I noticed the check engine light was still on. Upon walking into the service office to speak with a tech I was told “oh yea, we have to order the part. So Youll need to come back again”! Good thing I just didn’t drive off! Upon bringing my truck back at 8am on a Thursday after the part was in stock, I was told again 3-4hr job, sorry we have no loaner vehicle. I didn’t receive a phone call until 4:45pm the next day and they’ll leave my keys in gas tank cause they close at 5pm. These are the reasons myself and a lot of people do not go to dealership unless it’s covered under warranty and then you’re pushed to the back if the line cause it’s covered under warranty and not getting paid! These are facts at every bad dealership I’ve ever visited. Thank you.

Inspection due but also could not lock doors, trunk or anything else (an old problem). Service mgr. Mike Phinny quickly found the cause and showed me how to make the necessary adjustments to the right sensors. Mike’s ability to work with a customer is outstanding. Last fall, Mike had to rebuild the motor in my Vette and did a great job. You need to keep this manager on your staff.

Had two NYS inspection done. One was a 2020 Silverado. The mechanic found the left exhaust manifold was rusted and a bolt had broken off. Instead of leaving it until the warranty had expired, they let me know and repaired the truck with no charge. I am saying this was outstanding service because when the vehicle was at West Herr for an oil change, they knew of the issue and said don't worry about it and released the vehicle without repairing it. Thank you McNerney Chevy!!!
