This was a GREAT experience. I used to do business with family owned and oriented Chevy dealership. They were taken over by a "corporate" dealer. No longer was the focus on the person, just how many could they and how much could they upsell you. One the their salesmen told me about McNerny. Well they were right. A FAMILY dealership were the focus is on the person and what they need, not how much profit they will make. You speak with family that have run a business started by their father and grandfather. Active in the community and CARE about customers. I will never hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them.

I was 3 months out of my extended warranty and needed a transmission they did nothing to help with the cost and it ended up being even more because they “found another issue”. I was told I would get a discount on the labor and when you do the math I did not. They also made me pay for a loaner car for 10 days when the work only took one day. So I paid over $8,000 and I will never go back to the service department ever again.

We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your frustration, and we'd like to address each of your points to clear up any misunderstandings. First, we want to clarify the situation with your extended warranty. Your warranty officially expired on March 14, 2024, and as a dealership, we have no ability to extend or alter contracts made between a customer and an independent extended warranty provider. We understand this is disappointing, especially when an unexpected repair arises so soon after expiration. Regarding the labor discount, we want to assure you that a discount was applied. In fact, the final discount was more than initially quoted. Concerning the rental vehicle, we understand your concern about the cost. While our dealership does not offer complimentary loaner vehicles, we do provide them at a very low daily fee as a courtesy to assist our customers when their vehicles require extended service. This was explained at the time the rental was provided. Lastly, the additional issue found with your vehicle was a cracked exhaust. This was a separate repair item that was discovered during the transmission work. Unfortunately, this was an additional expense that you, as the customer, had to decide whether or not to repair. We always aim to be transparent about any additional findings and provide customers with the option to proceed or decline those repairs. We believe that our process was fair and transparent throughout your service visit. We understand that unexpected repairs can be stressful, and while we regret that you had a negative experience, we stand by the service provided. You are, of course, free to have any future work on your vehicle performed at any service center you choose.

I had brought my vehicle in on June 27th as it was due for Inspection. The service department checked it over and let me know what was needed to pass inspection. Rear brakes and rotors, wiper blades, left front hub, and coil springs. I was pleased to find out the coil springs would be covered under my extended warranty. We made the appointment for July 1st, The vehicle was not finished on the 1st because the hub gave them trouble. I called on the 2nd and was told they would call when finished and send a shuttle to pick me up. That was fine. I was picked up and paid for the service. It wasn't until I went to my vehicle that I noticed the inspection sticker had not been changed. I went back in to the cashier and Brandon heard me ask about the sticker and let me know that the inspection hadn't been done as they were still waiting for the coil springs. It would have been nice to know this in advance. I thought it was done has it had been there for two days. They did call me Thursday the 10th of July and set up an appointment for Thursday the 17th. The service department is very nice and friendly, but customer service needs work. Thank you

Purchased new vehicle from Jack McNerney yesterday 9/18/25. All facets of the transaction was agreeable and pleasant. Only one snag … I am currently awaiting receipt of copy of my new auto insurance card. During deal processing, Dealership attempted receipt of same from my insurance company, however their Immediate receipt of such was unsuccessful. Dealership stated they will forward my new car insurance car to me via email soon. I am anxiously awaiting their success.

I was notified that a part to repair the molding on my vehicle had arrived at the dealership in mid-August. I knew I needed a state vehicle inspection in Sept., so I asked to put off the repair for a few weeks. Another repair problem cropped up in the time before my appointment. I thought I had perfectly timed all the work for the same day, but it turned out the part sent to repair the moldering was defective. This was not the dealership's error, and the inspection and other repairs were made, however, I have to reschedule to have the molding work done, which was disappointing..

HAD INSPECTION DONE AND TOLD SERVICE REP HAVING TROUBLE WITH ALARM GOING OFF WHEN ENTERING THE VAN EVEN WHEN IT WAS UNLOCKED THEY CHECKED AND FOUND THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR LOCK SWITCH, PART ORDERED WAITING TO GET IT INSTALLED WHEN IT ARRIVES.
